After a series of sedate cars, Citroen BX diesel(good economy),Audi 80(old),Datsun Sunny(reliable), I decided to pep up my motoring a bit.I like Fords and had an escort years ago but thought I might have somyhing a bit different so plumped for an Orion 1.6i Ghia, it is a nice shade of blue with a Ford bumper and side skirts kit-lovely. It is well equipped-heated w'screen,elec windows,fuel comp,goes like a bomb and so far has been very reliable.
It's like an Escort with class, very comfortable, quiet and is cheap to service and run, I am averageing 34mpg which includes a lot of town runs, not bad considering the performance that's available.
It has a good sized boot and can carry five adults in comfort if necessary. An all round great car.
