Advantages: Good Quality, Unusual, High driving position, Spacious

Disadvantages: Only 2 rear seats, flat roof gathers water

I dont have much money, so always had rubbish cars so when my vectra kept getting electrical faults that couldnt be resolved I decided to buy myself a newer car, So I got a loan out for £4,000 and started looking around.

We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 toddlers so I needed something with a spacious boot to fit all the clobber in that comes with having children.

When I first saw the car I was impressed with how spacious the seats were at the front and the back, also the driving view is excellent and I can see very clearly out of my wing mirrors.

The back seats consist of really 2 big seats rather then 3, which isnt a problem as we have 2 big child car seats in it so no one could fit in the middle anyway.

The interior of the car is pretty basic but its nice not to have a plastic steering wheel like some newer cheaper car models.

Its very easy to fold the back seats down if you need to transport large items or do a tip run!and they actually go flat!

Ive had this car since May 2008 and its now January 2009 and I havent had a problem with it so far.

Its not too bad economically with petrol I think it does 30-35mpg.

The wing mirrors are electric and fold in when you park up, its not automatically done for you. You have to press a button, I didnt know this for about a week after I had purchased it and it amused me as all the cars ive had in the past didnt even have power steering. Infact one of them actually had a puddle in the back.

Central locking, air conditioning, Cd player, Rear wipers too, think thats pretty standard on most models.

I got to test this car in quite thick snow the other month and its excellent, while other cars were skidding to get going my Honda just managed well, its also great at climbing hills as I live in Lancashire and the mother in law lives on a massive hill and it doesnt even struggle at all where my other cars did.

IT looks rather futuristic for a 2001 model and for £4,000 I cant really complain.

With it having a flat roof if it gathers snow, water etc so when you set off driving you get drips of water so the windscreen wipers have to keep coming on.

It can seem very bouncy and I wouldnt say it was a smooth ride but for the money and other benefits such as space its not a big downside I guess it depends what your looking for.

But if you have £4,000 and need a family car that doesnt look like every other car this is a brillant option.

Summary: Overall Excellent High Quality for the money
