I Have recently bought a Picanto SE Glamour for the wife, previously she had a little 3 door 206 which was ok, but I never felt at home in it when i borrowed it to pop down the shops. When we looked at the car in the showroom, I was amazed at how much space there is inside such a small car.
From inside you would think it was a much larger car.
Test drive
We took the car for a short spin and found one fault with the car, nothing bad though, it was the fact that the breaks were so sharp that i ended up with my face against the windscreen at the first junction(i could blame it on my wifes driving, but just incase she sees this i wont). after a few laps around the block we decided to go back and speak to the salesman, they were great, they gave us zero percent finance up to 5 yrs, whichever we wanted.
One week later we popped down and picked it up, they even gave us half a tank of fuel.
The engine is a 1.1 and gives a great 42mpg and you can fill the tank up for a mere £23.
The car itself runs well with power steering, electric windows, jvc cd player, central locking alloy wheels,disc brakes all round etc and also has dual airbags.
The only fault with the car is the boot space is very small, but if you dont need a large boot then i would reccomend this car to anyone who is looking for a cheap reliable car as it has enough space for all the familly and plenty of leg room.
