Mazda 5 2.0 Sport: ... review is for the original 2005 - 2008 model Mazda 5. Mazda released an uprated version in 2008 and, whilst I suspect the basic car is the same, there are several enhancements not on the original version. Judging by the amount of people carriers seen on the road these days, the Mazda 5 is one of the most overlooked vehicles in its class. This is perhaps down to it s size, fairly small compared to others but I...

jamesontheroad Vauxhall Vivaro
... Vivaro is one of those vehicle oddities. If you don t drive one, you probably don t notice them much, but when you start looking, you ll see them everywhere. It s one of Britain s most popular panel vans, with thousands on the roads in the hands of private owners, utility companies or rental fleets. And although it s sold variously throughout Europe as an Opel, Renault Master and Nissan Primastar, it s a modest British success story, built primarily at the General Motors plant in Luton. If you drive a white van for a living, you ll appreciate the compact proportions of the Vivaro, being slightly smaller than a standard Transit. Numerous variants are available however...

pedro_gavino Citroën C4
... looking for a car recently I wanted everything and thought I would have to compromise. To my surprise I didn t and I am now the proud owner of this car. Leaving facts and figures aside it s a great looking car, affordable, sporty and packs a turbo diesel punch! It had to be less than £10,000 No more than 3 or 4 years old No more than 20,000 miles on the clock Low fuel consumption Low tax bracket £150 a year max Sporty looks and decent performance Good resale value Plenty of gadgets (I am a bloke after all) Good ride and handling Believe it or not the Citroen C4, specifically the coupe VTS 2.0HDi diesel delivered on all of the above. Citroën has never given buyers i...

smudge377 Peugeot 307 SW
... bought a peugeot 307 sw outdoor in july 2008 and have now just done 2000 miles in it, so thought I d share my views. I bought the 1.6hdi diesel version, as in these days of rising fuel costs, I thought I may save some money. I filled her up a couple of weeks ago, at a cost of 43.00 (diesei around 1.25 a liter that day) and i have now refilled after doing approx 520 miles. That seems a lot better than my clio ( petrol) that took about £33.00, for approx 340 miles. The car has a computer display which shows you how many miles an hour, how many miles travelled and average fuel consumption. For mainly around town, mine is about 49 miles per gallon. I have never owned a peu...
