I have a 2005 Mercedes E320cdi avantgarde which has done 104 th. miles. It is a wonderful car, powerful and economical. Looks great and is lovely to drive. Can't really fault it. It had done 85 th. miles when I bought it for 10 grand from Cardealwarehouse. Amazing value for money.

Everyone with a E320 should have the Radiator checked,theres a fault causing the coolant to mix with the transmission fluid this in turn will destroy the gearbox, mercedes will not issue a recall but will check the radiator and let you know the good or bad news. I bought mine new two and a half years ago. Its the facelift model with the common rail diesel system and the on board computer. It has had numerous faults including a total shut down by the "computer" as a sensor detected a brake failure. It turned out to be a faulty cooling fan in the fuse box or so I was told. The ...
