Well what can I say what an amazing little sports car, this was my first car and really want to get another sometime in my life. They maybe old but then just keep running and when they don't they are so simple to get under the bonnet and fix.
My car was only the 1.8l rather than the V8, but to be honest I don't car as it was still very quick due to the lack of weight.
As it is old it doesnt come with much, I installed a CD player and speakers as mine had a tape player, it was a very easy job to do and made a big difference to driving in it as you could enjoy music as well.
For the period I had it the only thing that went was the fan belt which took about 2 hours to replace and cost about £40 for the part. In my opinion you cant go wrong at that. I would also say that the efficiency is amazing for motorway driving as me and my friend drove down to London at last minute. We filled up about 2 times each way which when we worked it out was £90 to get to London which was split between the two of us (so 90 in total to get there and back). For the drive there it was very comfy and wasnt to bad for noise a bit loud but you cant complain too much as I dont think sound deadening was invented when the car was in production.
Overall a great little car (so small when sat at a traffic light and if a boy racer in a Clio pulls up you know for a fact you will be of the line faster as it is so light and nibble). I look forward to the day that I can own another! Thats what happens when you have kids you need to get a car that seaets 4/5 which this is a 2/3 at a push, the back seat is pretty much useless.
Summary: Beautiful car thats makes you smile
