report on Mitsubishi Shogan 3.0 V6 short wheel base, automatic transmission. test: 1998. Possibly the most fun I have had driving a car in about 15 years. The 3 litre V6 was fabulous, pouring in on the power at the drop of my foot. The high driving position gave me a sense of genuine safety and was a real novelty at the time. I realised there and then that I preferred sitting up high rather than half way into the tarmac , the feeling you get in a sports acr.
