The Nissan 200sx S14 / S14a (as seen in the picture) is an excellent well rounded car, and is easily the best car I have ever had the pleasure of owning.
The 200sx UK version is fitted with the SR20DET engine which is the same engine fitted to the Almera Gti but with a nice T28 turbo fitted for a little more power.
As standard the 200sx s14/a range produces 200bhp (UK version), the Japanese imported version is called the Nissan Silvia and is brought over with 220bhp.
The newer S15 200sx was never produced in the UK and is imported with a nice 250bhp.
Although the Japanese version comes with climate control the UK version has ABS, Airbags, and Air Conditioning as standard. There is also a Touring version of both the S14 and the S14a, these have a few added extras like passenger side Air bags, Exterior Side skirts and leather seats.
The car is very comfortable, after long journeys you are left feeling refreshed and ready for the drive home.
With a little tuning the 200sx becomes a very quick car, the one I had, I managed to stage 2 tune the car and have 300bhp and 330ft/lb torque from the car which ran a 13.2 sec 1/4 mile @ 108mph. The Nissan 200sx is the drifters choice, with the car being a front engined rear wheel drive car, this makes the it very nimble and easy to make over steer and just as easy to control.
I sold the car recently but wish I hadn't. I would have another on in a heart beat.
Excellent cars with all the features you need in a modern car with the Japanese build quality, reliability and usual easy tuning you expect from a Nissan.
Summary: Excellent drivers car, easy to tune, easy to drive, recommended buy.
