I have driven my friend's 09 Nissan Note numerous times, and I must say I am thoroughly impressed. It certainly isn't exciting and may not look great (well I suppose that is a matter of personal preference) but to your average person that does not matter anyway. had this car for a day and loved it. Its clean stylish interior meant i fealt relaxed the whole day, the small quiet engine meant i diddnt have to raise my voice to talk to my passengers and there is plenty of space in the boot. I have a Note SVE, I like it a lot but with a few resevations worth sharing. it suffers from screeching drive belt ,a lot of people complain about this on the 1.6 engine. with help from Auto express mag I got mine fixed under warranty,however the problem has returned and warranty is expired.Rear wheel bearing failed at 40k miles nissan dealer ... The Nissan Note has recently been upgraded to the new 08/09 model, with new names for the level of trim. These are the basic model Visia (£9900), the mid range Acentra (£1100) and the top of the range Tekna (£1200) [These are rough list prices as a guide but are not accurate].
