I thought about buying a Primera when I last needed to replace my car. They have good handling and ride, and are fairly robust. The 2 litre engine is pretty powerful, whilst the 1.6 is merely OK. Looks wise, the Primera is nothing major. Don't get me wrong though, the new range looks undeniably more nifty than the previous series, but something is still not quite right.
