Having recently suffered the loss of my beloved Primera, me and my girlfriend went out to get a new car. We quickly came across a 106 Indep. on a 52 plate for £2300. Only seeing the outside of the car I thought it looked alright really. Then came the test drive...

What a let down. It moves as quickly as a tortoise on ketamine, the pedals are dangerously set out. I try to accelerate, oops my foot's on the wheel arch, so I'll brake now, but oh no, that's the accelerator AND brake!

The spec is awful. It's like the cars travelled into the future from the 18th century! No electric windows, no remote locking, not even central locking, no ABS, and to be quite honest, I can't tell if it has power steering or not.

There's absolutely NO room. If you get more than a couple of days shopping at a time, you'll be making return trips to get the rest of your bags, though you could always pull the back seats out and fit two more bags in!

This is THE worst car I have ever had the misfortune to drive.

My girlfriend, going against all my advice and pleading, bought the thing anyway, after which I was told by the salesman that the timing belt had already been replaced after only doing 60,000 miles!!!

Awful car if you ask me. Steer clear!
