Advantages: cheap to run, extras, small
Disadvantages: not practical for a family, small interior
After getting told that my little Nova had had it, and wasnt worth fixing, I had to go through the stressful task of looking for a new car. I wasnt looking forward to this, but it turned out to be a very easy and pain free experience. My first stop was the Peugeot garage that is just round the corner from where I live. After looking around and not seeing anything I liked, and went to speak to the salesman. He showed me a car that had just come in (so was a bit dirty!!) A peugeot 106 Zest 2, V reg, 1.1. It has a sunroof, remote central locking, power steering and electric windows. Its dark blue, 5 door. After having a little nova, with no added extras, I wasnt bothered about extras really, but after seeing all these things included, and being a 5 door, i was almost sold. It was a little over my price range, but I really liked the car. Its only just 3 years old. I just wanted a car that was going to start in the morning, and keep going, without stalling every 5 seconds down the road!! After looking around elsewhere, my heart was in one place. This car is lovely. Its small, perfect for fitting into small parking spaces, and squeezing through small gaps. I think its a perfect womans car, although the person who owned my car previously was male. Its not as common as the 206, although seems to be quite common. The shape of the car is nice, and the layout is nice also. The interior matches the car, and i really like the interior of my car. The gear stick, and handbrake are all perfect size and positioning. The inside of the car is small, and wouldnt really suit a big family, or a tall person. Its a nippy little car, and accelleration isnt bad, considering the size of the engine. Its very comfortable, and performance is good. Its cheap to run, economical on petrol, the tank holds about £35. This is a great, cheap little car to run, handy for parking etc, and i dont know about things going wrong yet, but as soon as an
ything does, i will update my review. I would definately recommend this car to anyone of any age.
