Advantages: Easy to drive, cheap to run, smart looking, easy to park, comfortable

Disadvantages: Can't open windows from driver's side, glass boot requires special glass, view is sometimes blocked

This review is actually for the 3 door.

I bought my Puegeot 107 in January 2008 when I decided I wanted to treat myself after recieving some redundancy money and getting a better paying job.

Mine is an 07 reg, registered in August 2007.

This was my second car - my first was while I was learning to drive.

And the verdict? I LOVE this car! It's my baby and I'm always really proud that I own a new and lovely car.

Many people make comments about how sleek and attractive my car is, and comment that it looks really smart.

Advantages:
- It costs me £30 to fill the tank with petrol
- Petrol lasts me about 5 weeks with driving to work every morning and night for about 40mins
- It drives PERFECT
- It makes you feel like you're cushioned from the road
- The interior is stunning, I love how it's all curvey and bubble-like, and really has a modern and unique feel
- The interior is also really good quality and doesn't look tacky like some other cars do
- The windows are all electric and work perfect
- The heaters warm up VERY quickly and actually work to get condensation away from the windows etc...
- The gear stick is brilliant, it's very smooth and only small, so makes driving comfortable
- The pedals are in good positions for the seat positioning
- The seats are really comfortable and very stylish
- There's spaces to put two drinks from McDonalds etc...
- An alarm goes off when you open the door with your lights on
- An alarm goes off when you leave your handbreak off and open the door
- An alarm goes off when you don't put your seatbelt on - about 20 secs
- The windscreen wipers are really effective
- It has a back windscreen wiper, which actually works
- The exterior is really sleek and stylish
- The boot is great for shopping bags and they don't fall over
- I love that the boot is all glass
- The car is actually spacious when you're inside

Disadvantages:
- My glass boot was smashed by a rock, it cost £650 to fix because it needed special glass and the connection to the car roof was also damaged
- You can't alway see where the front of the car is because it suddenly drops
- The sides of the windscreen sometimes block your view round corners
- The back windscreen is quite small
- You can't open the passenger side window from the driver's side, you have to lean over

All in all, I LOVE my 107. It's cute, smart and effective, and is so cost effective!

I'll keep this for about three years and then trade it in for a newer car :)

FANTASTIC!!!!

Summary: I love my 107 and enjoy driving it everyday!

Who needs a big and expensive engine! :D

40mins also includes sat in some traffic :) It's probably about 9 miles......actually Google maps says 9.9 miles.

It's very good on the fuel and that's one of the main reasons why I recommend it so much, especially in today's times!

Like you say, not such a cheap car...mine cost me £7000 at 4 months old, but it is the top of the range one.

Sounds good... are you sure your right about getting 5 weeks of driving to and from work, a 40 minute drive, each day for 5 weeks on one tank of petrol that costs £30?! my Chevrolet Matiz costs about £20-£25 to fill and I drive to my workplace about 4 miles away and back home 5 days a week and a full tank only lasts me about 3 weeks or so... if this Peugeot is so good with fuel economy, it would tempt me to look into getting one! but mind you, Peugeots don't tend to be so cheap either...
