We've just bought a new Y reg 1.4lx and although I haven't driven it much yet ( the missus needs it for work apparently ) I'm very impressed, it takes a lot for me to like cars. My car which I'm still trying to sell is brilliant. I've got my double bass speakers, amp and very expensive cd player. I used to drive out in it purely for a cruise.
But now we've got our new car it is absolutely a fantastic car, it's got loads of features which are important. They may be petty to other people, but to me they all go towards the final sale.
Central remote locking, electric windows, 2 airbags, airconditioning, cd player (which surprisingly for a basic one is very good )and a real sporty look. We can't drive it too fast yet because we have to drive it under 60mph for a short while. It's the first new car I've ever bought and I would definitely stick with Peugeot for quite some time yet, unless something mad happens like the roof caves in. We're looking forward to the summer ( if it comes ) so we can go out and enjoy a thoroughly smooth, relaxed nice drive. The colour is very good, we went for a metallica green which does look nice.
We were also fortunate in the saleswoman who we bought it from was very knowledgeable and answered every question. Not pushy at all and overall very impressed. If you're looking to buy a new car and want a reliable, sporty, smooth car I definitely recomend the 206 1.4lx.
