Advantages: Its fast!

Disadvantages: Its not well made, especially the interior

This review is very much of a sons review, in the fact that my mum has one of these cars. I figure this will be useful as botha review of the car from a driving point of view as i have driven it, and a sons point of view for mothers to consider.

First of all, in my opinion, this is not a beautiful car, however for the price, you wont get a nicer convertable. The interior is shody, plastic and not well constructed, and i found that my feet caught on the bottom of the dash where the pedals are.

Having said that, this car is fast, and if you get the diesel, it is very efficient, i think my mum gets around 60 mpg out of hers, which is very good.

From a sons point of view, it is not a nice car to be driven in, and having the top down when you are not driving is a bit dodgy ground.

Like most convertables, you cannot fit anything in the back, and when the top is down, the boot is tiny.

My advice would be to go for a different car, the drive is nice, but the rest isnt! Although i must make it clear my mum has had hers for over 3 years and has never had a problem with it except for when she put petrol in it, but thats not the cars fault!

If this is your budget and you want a convertable, the better alternative now is the astra convertable, as with the revamp of vauxhalls, it is very nice, and nice inside too.

Summary: I doubt you will find a better convertable for this price
