Advantages: Tons of extras, Great style, Drives brilliantly Disadvantages: Slightly ropey fuel consumption
I bought an August 2000 five-door X-reg 306 in July 2003 with just 31,000 miles on the clock. It's a superb car with tons of extras, including CD player, air-con and - on my model - a factory-fitted sunroof. The seats are comfy yet firm for driving and there's enought power under the bonnet when you need it. The car's also got loads of style in an otherwise bland market. I keep looking out for other moonstone blue models like mine (looks more like silver really) and keep thinking how lucky those other punters must be too. The only snag is the fuel consumption, which gives you about 400 miles on a 50 litre tank, which isn't brilliant. Also the glove box is diddy - not even the owner's manual fits in there. Summary: |
