These may seem minor but as with everything living with annoyances makes them worse as time goes by. Firstly the rain sensitive wipers dont wipe unless its raining heavily in which case you would turn on the full wipe anyway, this is a problem because it doesn't have an intermittant setting so in spray or spitting rain you are constantly working the manual wipers. I have had a Peugeot 406 coupe for almost three years from new. I have the 3.0 litre which replaces the 3.0 SE model. I can certainly endorse the comments about its looks I think its a very fine looking car. It is quick and can get you to license losing speed very quickly although it does feel a bit heavy, it is after all a big car. Driving in general is great. Motorway cruising is relaxed and comfortable. The interior is very comfortable in particular great seats. I think it was on Top Gear, somebody said that once the decorative things have fallen off, they are indestructable! I have one, and I agree. I live in Holland, so the SE model is called the Pack. I have one, and it is red with black leather, just like the picture. I had it from new, and have very mixed feelings about it. Firstly, there was a hellish waiting list, and I expect that for a right hand drive car, it will only be worse. I waited 8 months, and it was delivered 2 months later than expect.
