Advantages: looks, drive, space

Disadvantages: build quality, acceleration

I think it was on Top Gear, somebody said that once the decorative things have fallen off, they are indestructable!

I have one, and I agree.

I live in Holland, so the SE model is called the Pack. I have one, and it is red with black leather, just like the picture.

I had it from new, and have very mixed feelings about it.

Firstly, there was a hellish waiting list, and I expect that for a right hand drive car, it will only be worse. I waited 8 months, and it was delivered 2 months later than expect. Then it was not entirely the correct Spec, as it did not have the JBL speakers, but had some special wheels instead. The deal sorted out the speakers, and I got to keep the wheels!

Dislikes...

Within the first week, the indicator switch came off in my hand!
Since then, the wing mirror adjustor has broken, and I have a problem with the rear seats, which fold down, but when up, they do not easily lock in place. I had quite a shock when I had to break heavily, and the stuff I had in the book came forward into the back of the car!
It is thirsty, although I have not measured it, and it does not bother me because it is a company car, and I do no pay the fuel.
The 2 litre engine is a little underpowered for acceleration, although I understand that there will soon be a 2.2 litre petrol, which will help a lot. Top end, I have got mine up to 220 km per hour with 4 adults in the car. And if will cruise all day at 130 although it is a little noisy.

The looks make the car. It really looks great, especially when clean. In about 9 months of ownership, I have cleaned it more times than all cars in the past 5 years.
It drives very smoothly, and feels solid (if a little heavy).
For a Coupe, there is reasonably good leg room in the back, and the boot is cave like.
The stereo (6 CD changer, with JBL speakers) is the best car stereo system I have ever heard.
Onboard computer is
useful, although it is only mono in colour ( black and orange rather than black and white). I used to have an Alfa 166, that had a colour display, with was better.
The heated seats, especially with leather, are great in the cold weather.
