The truth is that the Range rover does turn heads. However, it is not merely an initial investment that you have to pay for one of these babies... oh no no no no no NO! When you consider that for a top of the range- range rover... well you pay more than you would for the average family sized HOUSE! You see what I mean. But... that is not all, the fuel econonmy is 9mpg 9!!!!!! Most cars do at least 30! Also maintainence. To keep it looking quality, it has to have 30% more servicing than the average car. Buy a Freelander... Europe's best-selling 4x4 Though, I conceed, if you have the money, the Range Rover is the car to have, and I love them! ... Read the complete review

The range rover is the only rover built which has any chance of making it in the tough car market. It is regarded by most people the only car that keeps rover alive and the part of rover the germans wanted was the Range Rover and I can Understand why. It is a top class car and well built and is as good on road as off. However there are some problems with the car firstly its extreme cost of over 50 grand and is it worth it. Having a Father which ownes a range rover I can understand the problem . The left back door problem on all rovers has not been solved in the range Rover.
