Advantages: good fuel consumption, price
Disadvantages: not realy fast!
What a great little car! I bought my 2004 clio second hand two years ago almost to the day and I can safely say I have had absolutely no problems with it at all.
I paid £4000 for mine, got a really good deal as there was only 27000 miles on it. Everything was in great nick, no problems with the engine. Now I was not able to tell this, as I would not know where to start but a mechanic friend gave the car the once over and said it was perfect! And it has been extremely reliable for me.
Now it is obviously not the most powerful of motors out there, but it does the job for me. To be honest I do not need to be racing around the place, as I live in a city and is surprisingly nippy off the blocks.
One rgeat thing about it is the fuel consumption. When I fill up a tank, which thankfully has gone down in price and now only costs about £30 - £35, I get about 400 miles, sometimes more, which I think is very good.
The interior is plain enough on my model, but then I am not mad into cars and was not looking for something really fancy - run of the mill interior suited me.
There is surprisingly decent enough space in both the back seats and the boot. Easily fit 4 people, can get 5 in at a push.
It is comfortable for driving, not the softest seats in the world, but ok.
Ok, so maybe the design is not the prettiest car in the world, but it is fine by me! It has a kind of bubble shape, but I like it.
It may not be everyones cup of tea, but suits me down to the ground.
Summary: good car
