Advantages: Very nice smooth car with great design

Disadvantages: No good if you are over 6'

Im writing this review as a passenger in my father in law's model on a regular basis, and based on some of his comments as an owner.

Firstly and mainly my review will look at the design of this vehicle. In short, with one somewhat annoying exception, the design is extremely nice. I will start with the exception, the height inside. I am 6'2" maybe a half inch more - so tall, but not anything out of the ordinary. However i am unable to sit in either the front or back of the car without having to bend my neck to the side a little - i find this a very strange thing in what is essentially a big family car.

On a positive note though, the seats themselves are very very comfortable, in fact possibly one of the most comfortable car seats i have experienced and i although i have not been on a long journey in it, i would be confident in saying it would stay comfortable throughout.

The car has lots of very nice little additions which make it a high quality ride, air con is nice, lights for every seat, sun shades built into the windows, a very nice sound system - all good.

The feel of the car as a passenger is very very smooth, i feel as though i am in a far more expensive vehicle, i dont imagine any large car would be smoother. The engine is also very quiet, another bonus with a big diesel engine.

As for the driving, i am told that it handles very nicely at all times with nice smooth steering and a very good gear change, with all the power you could want and need when it comes to overtaking or hills. The only critism he has regarding the driving is the rather strange button/lever that replaces the handbrake = 6 weeks on he still finds that a little odd in design!

Summary: A very nice vehicle, built to a high standard - but low!
