Advantages: It was small so good for nipping around in

Disadvantages: Had the same fault 4 times in less than a year that Renault 'fixed'

Worst car I have ever owned and the worst service from any manufacturer I have ever received. Bought a brand new Twingo Diamonique in March 2008 (New style). Three months later a fault occured. All the warning lights came on, steering was very heavy (to the point where I almost crashed in to the middle of a roundabout because it was so heavy when the fault occured while I was half way round the roundabout) then very light and the speedo disappeared. To date I have had the same fault fixed 3 times by Renault and have now rejected the car as it is unfit for purpose as it has gone wrong the 4th time in less than 11 months (every time with the same fault). I am now battling with renault to get my money back and have had to contact a solicitor in order to do so as renault are doing everything they can do avoid giving me a refund even though I am within my legal rights. I will never buy a renault again not just because of the car but largly because of the service I have received.
