My third and favourite car. I owned this car second hand and drove it from 40000 to 85000 miles. I would describe the size of this car as between a Ford Fiesta and a Ford Focus. The version I owned was a 1.4Si which is the model I would recommend as its the only one I have drive. With regard to ease of drive I have only two complaints. I ... Read the complete review

I have recently bought a x reg rover 25 advantage. The styling is stunning! the front of the car looks very agressive and sporty. The alloy wheels are very eye catching. The interior is very well layed out, and has a quality feel. It could do with a few more pockets for lose change and papers. The over all space is good, there is pletty ... Read the complete review

Rovers 25 are one of the most powerful unit cars around. First of all for a company that was going bust and then came right back in a shooting style to release such a car, was quite an achievement. First impressions are really good as the new design of the bodywork give you a positive look. So when your driving this car around ... Read the complete review

The Rover 25 was launched in spring 1995. It was the first car solely designed and built by Rover Group. This car was very exciting because it only had 25% carry over parts from the old Rover 200, so in theory was a brand new concept car. The cost of design through to production of the car was some £500 million. A wonderful ... Read the complete review

Launched in early 2000, this revamp of the 200 series retains the good parts of the original - reliable, compact and pleasant to the eye - and adds a new front end that echoes the well-thought 75 face (if not - fortunately - the hideous car within). Very roomy for its class and well finished, this was the first car i took for a test ... Read the complete review

Having a father in the motor industry has its advantages.... I had a 97 Rover 200 Vi for about 3 months before i gave it to my mum. It is white. It is a Rover 200. It Looks like any other Rover 200. That is until you put your right foot down and all that can be seen is a confused blur. ... Read the complete review

I've been driving the basic version of a new Rover 25 for the last couple of days as its my Companys new pool car, my usual vehcile is a Renault Scenic. The Rover 25 is a small car, though it will seat 5 (small) people. I've found the handling and drive quality of the Rover 25 to be excellent, the car is very ... Read the complete review

The new Rover 25 is far from being just a revamped Rover 200. This car has uprated suspension and an entirely different driving experience. The handling is taught and will forgive most mid-corner acrobatics, and the engines perform well. Particularly impressive is the Diesel option - 2litre Turbo Intercooler. This is the same ... The Rover 25, the updated version of the old Rover 200 is a fantastic hatchback for the family. With the K-series engines, the car is superbly powerful and able against the toughest of road sections. Improvements on the previous model are that the steering is much improved and external looks give the car a greater presence and ... Read the complete review

Well, I thought I would never own a rover, however come April, I found myself wandering round the showrooms, having a look. I have to admit that I was impressed by the new shape and design of the Rover 25, both outwardly and the interior, it has altered considerably. A lot of the design features are incorporated in the basic ... Read the complete review
