Advantages: solid, reliable, economical

Disadvantages: none

I have only had my Rover 414SLi for a month and already it feels like I've always been driving it. A M reg 1995 model, it just feels so comfortable to drive, easy to operate controls, sunroof. The walnut trim gives that air of luxury, it hugs the roads both good and bad ones, and the Honda engine is very quiet. It starts first time and delivers about 39m.p.g, I drive about 650 miles per week and rate it's economy and comfort as first class.I was also drawn to the Volvo 440, but on comparison found the Rover superior in every way.A real good solid workhorse of a car that feels special.

B*GG*R:

The reason the wood looks that real is....

IT IS REAL WOOD

(that is in the dash, the doors are indeed fake)

It gives the cars a really comfy feeling that you don't get in another car: when people get in it they all say: WAUW! wath a lovely car!

I love my Rover too. I looked inside a Volvo which is also another car I would consider and much prefer the 'cheap fake wood' which miraculously doesn't look cheap or fake and isn't plain ol' plastic!

Mine starts first time every time too, it is nippy, it is economical, it is comfortable, it is quiet, it is classy looking.

Not quite enough detail. Plesae keep updating and let us know what goes wrong (if anything).

BTW I would prefer cheap fake wood to nasty grey plastic !!
