Having painted a rather odd and confusing picture with both my title and the pros and cons listed above, a brief preamble to the review is in order. I am sure you all know how it is; you buy a car and suddenly every second car that you see on the road is like your new pride and joy. For me, during my last twenty eight years on the road it has always been thus, that was until making, what in hindsight now appears to be, the giant leap of motoring faith that is Subaru ownership.
