Advantages: Reliability, Excellent MPG, Low cost

Disadvantages: Bit cramped in the back, Not a fast car

Bought my first Suzuki Alto in 2002 and never looked back. Most reliable car Ive driven in 40yrs of driving. I used to think the Nissan Micra was reliable, and it was but when that broke down it was hell. The suzuki Alto how-ever has never broken down on me so far and is cheap for insurance and Ive managed to get 72mpg on it.

People who don't like this car obviously have not driven for very long or probably drive it to excess, ie 80mph in 1st gear. This car may look cheap, may look basic but if you want reliability, low cost maintenance, cheap insurance payments and great MPG, go get this baby!
