Toyota Celica 190 VVTLi

I have owned My Celica for 2 Years and have cover over 25,000 miles in her, although the car has slight modifications, i still thought i'd write a review.

First the Looks.
The 7th Generation Celica the ZZT230/1 was actually designed in the USA by a company called Calty Design.
Design-wise Toyota turns to CALTY to find a design that appeals to the younger market. Turning outside the Japanese designers Toyota hopes depart from the conservative "safe" image that Toyota is all too well known for.
So they came up with what is now the current Celica and it received Rave reviews.
The Celica uses aggresive surfaces and sharp lines to captivate onlookers on the outside and smooth arches and curves to create a sense of union between the driver and the front seat passenger on the inside!
I love the styling... like a futuristic jetfighter, the headlights like demons eyes, it is truly years ahead of its time.

Having owned the previous incarnations of the Celica, i had high expectations for the new VVTLi 190bhp model, and i was blown away!!!
The handling of this nimble coupe is amazing and the extra power surge you get at 6000rpm all the way until the limit at 8300rpm is something you just get addicted to, the 6 speed box is smooth and quiet and can take a beating.
Cheap servicing and fuel economy make this a wise financial option and toyota's legendary reliability is as strong as ever.
Build Quality is fantastic althought the interior dashboard plastic is easily marked.

BUY ONE AND BE QUICK! !

Summary: The best 1.8 FWD N/A Japanese Coupe ever!
