Very functional but more importantly very reliable.

Advantages: Reliable, safe, great for your first or second car
Disadvantages: Clunky seats, limited radio, struggles to get three people in the back
I have owned this car for coming up to four years and it has never let me down. While not the 'sleekest' or flashy of automobiles, it does what it says on the manual - it gets you from A to B. There is adequate storage space in the boot, where we have often managed to get two to three standard suitcases within the space, though sometimes you are hard pushed to get three fully grown adults in the back seats! Driving the car is a comfortable experience, and in fact my partner first learnt to drive in a Yaris and she found it much easier to operate than the car she used for her driving lessons. Given the size of the engine it is perhaps not surprising that it also doesn't cost too much to run in terms of petrol, and due to its reliability, little expense has been spent on repairs. The one downside to this car (which may seem rather trivial but in fact is actually very annoying), is the inability of the front seat to return to its original position when you have to move it to get someone in the back, and so you have to spend five minutes each time trying to get it back to your preferred position. The inbuilt radio also struggles to pick up many radio stations and so CDs are a must if planning a long journey!
Summary: Not the sleekest, but for reliability its up there with the supercars!
