Vauxhall Astra Club 1.6i 5-door Hatchback

I've had my Vauxhall Astra 2 years now and although I can agree that it is spacious and has good fuel economy, the Astra has let me down badly on a few points. But before I go knocking it, let me tell you of some more of the Astra's good points. 1. It is a beautiful car to drive. The 1.6 engine is responsive and the power steering makes it one of best cars to handle that I've ever had. 2. I love the shape of the Astra hatchback. Since the new style Vauxhall Astra club has come onto the market I fell in love with it as soon as I took it out for a test drive. The special feature which caught my eye was the feeling of spaciousness after driving the previous Astra. The car came with a radio/cassette player as standard. As air conditioning came as standard within this model I could not resist the temptation to buy the car. Since buying it I have not regretted at all in changing to this model.
