So I brought this around one year ago as my first car (having just passed my test 3 months before) now I brought it brand new, and as an 18 year old it set me back. But over the last 2 years it has been absolutely brilliant for me.

To start with apart from the petrol cost and obviously the basic cost of topping up screen wash ect this car has not needed any more money spent on it. No problems with engine or anything at all in the two years i've had it so far whereas some of my friends who brought a lot cheaper cars for there first cars have broken down and been stranded. Ipod adapter is very useful and create a good atmosphere.

If you like acceleration this is very good at it, with an explosive start if needs be. The tire grip is also very good, it makes driving in the rain feel like the road is rough and dry which helps me feel safer, especially on country roads. The looks of it, are maybe the best out of the whole of Vauxhall, especially better than the earlier corsa's.

Driving it is brilliant, it drives so smoothly and very easy to adapt to which is something that i needed after just passing my test. The only thing id say if you plan taking 4 people around in this corsa make sure you get the 1.4 engine as i tried the 1.2 with a full car and it does struggle a bit!

The only negative thing, was how ineffective the air con was, it was rubbish! Even if you put it on full blast it feels like very little is coming out.
Overall its a brilliant car and great to drive, apart from the initial cost and petrol its very reliable so doesnt need extra money spent on it.
