I've owned my MV6 for a little over 8 months and am very satisfied. Its a smart, sporty, attractive car with bags of ooomph when you need it. Maybe it can't touch a BMW or Audi but an equivalent one of those would cost over double when buying second hand. Find an eighteen month old second hand one and save 15 grand for a barn storming, sweet revving, good handling, huge car !!! The engine is so quiet and smooth you just poodle along without thinking you're in a 200+ bhp car !! Problem is you just can't help yourself and when you rev it it goes like the clappers and sounds great too !! I think its definately worth a look but only second hand if buying privately.
My company car is a new faced lifted omega 3 litre MV6 just like the police use for there motorway cars. Because they use them you can imagine that it is a very rapid car with plenty of power from the 3 litre V6 engine and a sporty feel to the handling. It will carry four people in luxury with seperate air conditioning settings for the front passenger and driver which is a bonus if you prefer it warmer than the passenger. Vauxhall service is the usual hit and miss depending on the garage used, but costs are reasonable. It is a good quality car let down by its wood effect dash which looks very tacky. The seats are very comfy with plenty of ajustment for the different sizes of driver it has to accomodate. I would look elsewhere if I was spending my own money
