Advantages: cheap, good first car, reliable, easy to drive

i recently bought my first car 2 months ago a 1994 m reg VW Polo 1044cc model and all i can say is What a great first is turning out to be. reliable cheap on tax, fuel and isurance. to boot the cr only cost me 200 pounds and after a day of tlc and cleaning it looked in showroom condition. one luxury i also found unlike many other cars with a similar engine and insurance grouping i was able to fit into the veiclevery comfortably. an insight into myself i am an 18 stone rugby player and i still have plenty of room to be extremely comfortable. although slightly tight in the back the boot is relatively spacious. as for faults with the vehicle there are very few. upon buying the ehiclete windscreen wiper motor packed in (a common fault from what i have seen) this was cheaply replaced from the scrapyard. also slightly sluggish in the midrange of gears although not the slowest i have seen or tested. overall it must be said that the polo is the ideal first car i wouldnt change mine for the world at the minute
