VW Polo (pre 1990):
... Polo was the fanciest of the Mk2s, a 1989 Coupe S, with its 1272cc 55bhp (!!!!!) engine. I mock, but it was decently fast - keeping up with much more powerful cars was a doddle. Thank the very light weight (720 kilograms) for that. VW Beetle 1.6 3dr ... is excellent too! The service center not just change the oil, they clean the car as well. They can even take you to the mall for shopping and take you back when your car is done! But when you need repair service, do not try any local body shop. The Beetle is such a delicate car that each component fit very well together. Not a lot of mechanics know how to fix it or put it back together!!!! Volkswagen has paid so much attention to details and care a lot about their drivers. It has bought the driving experience to a new level! Thank you very much! VW Bora 2.8 V6 4MOTION 4dr ... bought this car from a supermarket - 2 years old 34k miles - it had the Oetinger kit (spoiler and alloys) and new tyres all round. Initially I found it a bit disappointing - I had a Passat 18T previously and have previously had a Golf 1.8 - not especially quick and certainly not exciting to drive. However, as I have got to know it I am beginning to love it. It is certainly very quick indeed - faster than a Saab Turbo I had some years ago - and makes a great sound when you drive it hard. VW New Polo E Specification ... purchased my Polo in august last year for £5100. A sign of VW's wonderful depreciation is that I can fully expect almost a year later to go out and sell this car for £4500. Looks. As with anything this is going to be a personal thing but I absolutely adore the way this car looks. From the front it looks stunning with the black mesh grilles and from the back with that sloping line which seems to dip forever. Stunning. With the addition of alloy wheels (which improves handling also, will touch on that later) I think my car is absolutely stunning. Engine.
