Volvo 360 GLT a truly great car (Volvo 340/360)
Member Name: PeterFarrell
Advantages: Fast and reliable., Do not rust, unless damaged or very old. Disadvantages: Expensive to run, due to high petrol prices., Spare parts can be expensice too.
We have had Volvo 360 GLT's for 16 years now, four in total. The Volvo 360 GLT is similar to the 340, but has a Volvo 2.0 litre engine, instead of a Renault engine. They are very sport and quick cars. Our's have been reliable, but unfortuately we had to sell our last one, as the price of petrol had risen so much, it made it expensive to run. The parts can be expensive to buy, unless you go for the cheaper pattern made ones. There are minor problems with this luxury car, such as the electric window motors often wear out and end up getting stuck. Our 360's have not rusted and give an excellent, comfortable ride. We were sad to part with it, but the Governments taxation on fuel has made it too expensive to run a petrol guzzling car! Summary: |
