my first volvo was purchased in august 2000.
it is a 1995 960 gle 3 litre 24valve. at present the mileage at present is 57000. the car has proved very reliable, my only complaint is the mpg (18 in town, 26 on a run)& front tyre wear. the 80000 mile service will prove expensive if the volvo dealership is used. home maintainance is out of the question unless you are a qualified mechanic. but first & foremost it is a solid &safe car.
