benbetty Volvo Cross Country in general: ... new Cross Country Volvo XC60 has all the advantages of the XC70 ie: smooth to drive, comfortable for long distances, 4 wheel drive certainty, pulling power , in the correct sense of the word plus improvements! 1. Slightly higher seating position, great for those with restricted spinal mobility. 2. Better fuel consumption of 35+ miles to the gallon of diesel in my 2.5litre automatic. 3. Increased visibility, all ...

Car - Volvo V50 Volvo V50
The Volvo V50 sportswagon is compact, but with a definite large-car feel. Practical and secure yet enticing. An inspiring high-tech sportswagon with thrilling ride and roadholding, yet at the same time a functional carry-all with plenty of space for everything life brings your way.

benbetty Volvo Cross Country 2.4T SE
... pleasing throaty tone and plenty of power to maintain speed on limit free motorways. The in - car sat nav that rises and falls from the dash is easy to understand and indispensible when taking traffic news into account and you can t translate local radio. Anyway, with the i -pod connected directly through the sound system we listen to talking books or downloaded plays, or even our own music! Fuel consumption averaged aroung 30miles per gallon of diesel and the on board computer system kept us up to date with this and any other information required. All in all we could understand why traffic police love Volvo, 12 hour shifts can be completed without discomfort or stress!...

This is one of the last wardrobe style Volvo s made, but despite this inside it is a modern place to sit, and is extremely well put together. There are the usual included driver comforts, and a few nice extras such as heated seats. The outside is unfortunately a different matter with abrupt angular shapes, and and ...

... ve probably come round to thinking of a Volvo because you want something renowned for its solid realiability and with one foot in the prestige market. I came round to it when I left home fully intending to come back with a Saab but arrived with a Volvo S60. The recent Volvo push to design much more desirable cars certainly started with this car and the most recent cars are truly pushing up to the rear bumper of mercedes in style and quality but with a little more restraint and elegance. The S60 s four-door coupe styling still looks good even though it s been around for a few years now and is on the verge of being replaced. And the interior and dash of more recent m...
