I LOVE MY VW Passat 1.8 SE 20V auto - Advantages: CLASSY, QUALITY AND QUANTITY, GOOD AFTERSALES FROM VW EVEN THOUGH I DID NOT BUY IT FROM VW - Disadvantages: A BIT THIRSTY 32 MPG, THE WIFE WANTS TO DRIVE ALL THE TIME, NO ALLOYS AS STANDARD

After a nightmare 4 months owning a 406 I decided to buy an upmarket and reliable car. So I went on a search for a German car I was going to buy a BMW 3 series until I was inside it and found that the interior needed updating, not to mention the extremely high insurance quote (over £3000 as I?m 21). Luckily at the same garage there was a Passat for sale it looked good understated class, inside well maintained with all the toys not to mention a modern look not just black plastic as in the BMW.
