One of the things since I have owned my beautiful cat Myrtle that I buy weekly is cat litter. At the moment we are both more than happy with a cat litter we are using so I will be continuing to buy that one due to how good it is and that its a reasonable price too but till I found it I had got through bags of others stuff from different brands.

I bought a bag of this Thomas cat litter in its bright yellow paper bag style with white carry handles in a local discount store and I only bought it because the bag was bright yellow and it reminded me I needed to get some to be fair lol!

This cat Litter Itself:

Well it is a light grey colour and basically it is what it is. Cat litter! Little pieces of gravel pieces with a bit of dust thrown in for good measure. I like the size of this, the pieces are small and rather smooth and it isn't as dusty as some cat litters I have used in the past and of course you use it to line a litter tray or cat toilet with and I use rather alot of any cat litter I put in.

This is a none singing and none dancing plain cat litter basically. It doesn't contain any air freshener and it only promises to be hygienic and absorbent however I found Myrtle to soak through this easily and although I was able to spot clean it I did notice if I didn't do that straight away puddles would appear in it and then Myrtle decided to poop and wee on my floor instead whcih is awful cos shes a really clean indoor cat is Myrty usually!

The other thing that I noticed with this one is the smell. At the moment I am using a cat litter that really does disguise the nasty urine niff well, this doesn't at all so I ended up with this one changing it every day which meant this worked out a rather expensive cat litter and became a pain to me having to keep changing it!

Not for us sadly this one. It isn't the worst one we have evern used but it really isn't the best and I found that when this got wet it went to clay and was disgusting to clean out of her tray and really sickening!

I paid £3.99 for a 5L bag however this is available in lots of different sizes particularly if you shop online for it though do shop about as prices really do wildly vary!
