My cat seems to think he is a dog and loves nothing more than running around with toys in his mouth and then dropping them at my feet for me to throw to him. He has got loads of little mice and several small balls that he likes to play with but his nana bought him these Trixie Nub Balls as part of Christmas and he has deemed them worthy of playing with on a few occasions since and this is pretty high praise from him as he is extremely fussy when it comes to which toys he will and won't play with. We have just about every type of cat ball in our house, but one of the more unusual types is the Trixie Nub Toy Ball. I think I bought these from the Pets at Home site when ordering food, and bought these to make up the shortfall in order value to get free delivery. The nub balls look like misshapen bouncy balls. They are the same kind of rubber material that you would find children's bouncy balls to be made of, but instead of being round balls, they each have rounded "nubs" around them, making them more like oversized and softer versions of those cross things you get in the game I think is called jacks. When I have given my cat Norman toy balls in the past, the fun tends to last for a couple of minutes but then he is soon bored again! They tend to roll behind the back of our TV stand or get wedged under the sofa, he then tries to tackle the furniture and I have to chase them off! However, a couple of months ago when I was in my local pet store I happened to spot the Trixie Nub Toy Balls.
