Advantages: They don't smell bad

Disadvantages: The cats won't actually eat them, nonresealable bag

We thought that the girls would like these. They go nuts for catnip after all, so treats with catnip with them should be a dead winner surely?

They look like nothing so much as small green chocolate buttons, about 7mm across. They smell slightly sweet. I don't think they smell of catnip at all, but hey, what do I know? I'm just a human.

But the cats seemed to feel the same way. We offered them the same way we would the other treats. We waved them under their noses, put them on the floor in front on them, even dropped them in the bowls. All we got was the kitty look of disgust and a turned back.

You can find them in most pet shops; it's around 70p for a 50g bag. You can't reseal the bag, but they don't like them anyway so that hardly seems to matter.

Summary: No use in a treat if the cats don't like it
