Our cat is spoilt rotten, she gets so many treats apart from her basic dried and wet cat foods. One of her most favourites (though not the cheapest) at the moment is Tesco own brand Cat Sticks. These come in a variety of different flavours and she really likes the salmon variety though perhaps her favourite is the chicken and liver ones - they disappear so fast!!

For a pack of ten sticks you will pay £1.20 which isn't to bad as she only eats perhaps one per day. You can either give the stick to the cat whole or you can snap it into bits - Champ prefers to eat hers whole and it goes in her mouth and down her gullet like a swordeater swallowing his sword. I am sure it does not hit the sides - it just seems to go down whole!

They are quite soft but good for the teeth as it means she has to actually chew them and also has a slight massaging effect on her gums into the bargain. They smell fresh and quite pleasantly meaty and are about 7cm in length and very thin - they look a bit kike long Twiglets without the knobbly bits - that is the best way I can describe them to be honest.

They are good value for money and full of nutritious value for the cat and recommended my us!

I have personally tried the more expensive brands of cat sticks such as Whiskas but Champ actually seems to much prefer these ones from tesco and that is fine by me as it saves me money.
