I'm always spoiling my little moggie Shadow and the whiskas range of treats are amongst his favourites. Last week Whiskas Crunch appeared on the shelf in Asda and as it was probably the only treat in the range I had not tried I decided to buy it. It is in the same pot shaped like a cats head as the rest of the whiskas treats only the 100g pot is probably around twice the size as the other treats. It cost me £1.24 for the pot. I first bought this several years ago, and I was intrigued by the idea. Whiskas Crunch are little biscuits in the shape of the Whiskas cat logo which you sprinkle on top of wet food to add some crunchiness. I'm not sure sure if Whiskas ever say this, but as I understand it these biscuits add the crunchiness of bones to the meat!! Lovely... My cat goes absolutely mental for Whiskas crunch! In fact, when I went to get the package just now to write this review, he appeared out of nowhere having heard the telltale rattle that means I had gotten his treats down. He is now meowing incessantly next to me so hang out while I sprinkle some of these out for him ... there, now I can concentrate! Whiskas Crunch is meant to be a topping for cat food. Whiskas Crunch, is more of a topping for your cats regular wet food. It comes in a 100g purple tub in the shape of a cats face on top, with a little plastic flip lid. Sealed with foil for freshness and the delicious flavour of Chicken, Turkey and Duck. Your cats will go crazy for the crunch! My friend who has 2 cats recommended Whisaks Crunch to me, and when she said how crazy they get when she gets the box out I laughed, but did not believe her. Until my cat Lola tried them! Whenever I buy a box and she has not had it for a while, she pulls them out of the bag herself, and bites the lid to open them. I once hid them in a drawer with no backing to it, and when I got up in the morning, she had gotten into the drawer, opened the lid, and they were spilled all over the floor. Although she did not eat them all, she had certainly helped herself to over half the packet!
