I bought this Caudalie Fleur de Vigne instant foaming cleansing water for £8.50 from Amazon which is a good price as it can sell for up to £16.00. This cleansing foam comes in a 200ml plastic bottle with a pump top and it gives you the list of ingredients and instructions for use on the bottle. It has a floral scent which is very light and subtle and it smells lovely and fresh to use.
It is soap free and has been opthamologically and dermatologically tested and is suitable for the most sensitive skin. As it is a cleansing foam you just depress the pump a few times until you get the amount out that you need which for me is about two or three pumps onto a cleansing pad or cotton wool. It gives you quite a bit of froth which transfers onto your face and it goes a long way and doesn't evaporate at all. I will then cleanse my face with the pad and usually find that one application is enough, but if I am wearing quite a lot of make up I will repeat the actions until I am happy that my face is completely cleansed.
I think it feels very refreshing on my skin and also quite cooling. I am always surprised at how much dirt is on the cleansing pad after use. There is a nice fresh cucumber fragrance but it it not strong or overpowering. My skin always feels very fresh and clean afterwards and I will then apply my moisturiser or night cream and I find it always goes on well after using this cleansing water.
I find that I never get any residue or greasy feeling as I sometimes do with cleansers and I am happy that my face is completely clean. I do recommend this cleansing water and would say that if you have never used one, then this is a great one to try.
