Pioneer PD 207 ... is a good product from pioneer, it even reads copied media the quality is good , given the price very good. the sound quality is good , it has a digital output (optical) and stereo output. the remote is basic and simple as the player self. although it is a cheap cd player , it offers good and usefull functions, like hi-lite scan, it is a nice funtion if some one doesn t know a disc and wants to have a fair impression of the cd. there are numbered buttons for fast selection of a track. display can be dimmed , and even swithced of to save power for better qulity of audio. it has a modern one bit decoder , low distortion, and has never let me down. i can recommend it ... Rotel RCD-02 ... I make comments on this particular CD player, I just want to mention that before CD players, I was strictly a vinyl enthusiast ? so, any short statement I may make that may seem like a short-coming is due in part to my previous analog life. I purchased this player with the intent of having it as a secondary device to listen to music in a room separated from my main listening room. When I set it up, with its RA-02 integrated amplifier partner, I was surprised that it actually played ?music?! Kenwood DPF-2030 ... own a Sony TA-FE 370 140w amplifier (reviewed here on dooyoo) which is excellent, and I was looking for a well-priced Hi-Fi separate CD player to go alongside it. I was excited when I found that a friend of mine was selling his. Turns out it was the Kenwood DPF-2030. >Value< The DPF-2030 is one of Kenwood's budget CD players, but it still offers good performance for the money.
