The peak search function assists you in setting your recording levels and the programming function operates with minimum fuss.

The best part of it is that CD-R/RW discs actually play! However - beware they do not always play without fault (as these discs are often plagued by their own failings), but the majority do and that really is something worth shouting about.

Being a budget model the list of functions does not go on and on, which means the novelty wears off quick (I am not sure if this is a good or a bad thing!).
