	Liteon DH-20A1S ... is a great cheap Sata drive, that works perfectly, effectively, efficently, fast, and is reliable. Being one of the fastest drives in the world (quoted as being THE fastest), this is a pretty good drive! I got 2GB of data writen to a DVD in UNDER 2 minutes, which is increadible, so no problems in terms of speed, that s for sure. The drive works quiter than other drives, but obviously not silently. The drive opens and closes fast enough, and starts reading the disc with a reasonably low delay. The drive comes with Nero software, though I don t really get alone with this software, so I use another piece of software to write CDs and DVDs. I would recommend you download ... 	Liteon LTR-52246S ... Lite On drive is very easy to install on your computer. simply connct up the data cable, power lead and fix the unit into the compartment with a few screws. The CD Drive is automatically detected by Windows and once you have installed it s a simple matter of installing the relevant software. The great thing is you also recieve a copy of Nero which lets you burn data to CD s and create music CD s. I ve burnt dozens of different brands of discs at a variety of speeds, and not had a single error. I am very impressed with the drive the write speed is amazingly fast.... 	Liteon SOHR 5239S ... again an unheard-of make shows what a total rip-off most of the output from the major name electronics manufacturers is. A basic yet surprisingly effective, and most importantly, affordable alternative in this market. As with most PC components nowadays, the quality and effectiveness of Windows plug and play has made installation almost too easy, and the internal insrtallations is pretty simple too. I have used mine A LOT over the last 2 years or so, and it just laps it up and comes back asking for more, so reliability and durability don’t seem to be a problem.
