      Good quality blades

      We own a Dewalt cordless trimsaw which belongs to my boyfriend rather than me as he is the one that tends to use it the most! When we moved into our house, it needed quite a lot of work so he bought a trimsaw so he could do things much quicker and without having to get anyone in to help. We needed new skirting board, coving and various other things doing that a trimsaw would make quick work of. The circular saw we own is the DW007 which cost around £200 to buy. You need specific blades for it, preferably the Dewalt branded ones and you can buy 36 tooth, 16 tooth or the 24 tooth saws.

      ==Price and availability==

      We have recently bought a new 16 tooth saw blades; DeWALT DT1203 for our machine. We paid £15.00 for it online, but in the shops it costs around £20.00.

      ==Description==

      The more teeth you have, the smoother the cut is. A 16 tooth saw blade is good for fast rough wood cutting. The blade is manufactured to a really high specification. It has heavy duty tungsten carbide tips on the edges of the blade in order to maintain a really sharpe cutting edge. This increases the blades lifespan so despite it costing more than other saw blades, it is designed to outlast them. The blade comes in a yellow and black cardboard box with a protected cover over the blades.

      ==Specification==

      Blade Diameter: 165 mm
      Bore Size: 10 mm
      Tooth Count: 18
      Kerf: 1.5 mm
      Rake: POS
      Hook Angle: +20 °
      Grind: Alternate Top Bevel

      ==Brand history==

      DeWalt tools are recognized by their signature yellow and black colour scheme They are famous for high quality products. The company was founded in 1936 by Raymond D. DeWalt. After years of success, DeWalt was sold to Black and Decker in 1960. Black and Decker decided to keep the Dewalt name and avoid using the Black and Decker name. They like to separate professional quality tools away from the budget DIY products.

      ==Overall==

      The saw blade is well made and reliable. We have used it on various tasks around the house and the blade nor the saw have failed. It works hard and we are rewarded with good quality products. As long as we own the saw we will continue to buy these high quality blades.
