Advantages: oh it's just lovely

Disadvantages: can't buy it by the bucket

Oh I love this food!

I have been eating philly for so long I don;t want to think about it. I actually have memories of being about 8 years old and eating it on my toast for breakfast. Sad I know. It's just my favourate food.

I do sometimes eat other soft cheeses, the cheaper supermarket brands, but none of them even come close to the taste of philly. It's got a really creamy flavour. This is not a strong cheese flavour, not like mature cheddar or camembert. In fact it hardly tastes of cheese really, it's just really creamy and cool tasting.

Philadelphia comes in a variety of different flavours, products and sizes. Philly light tends to come mianly in tubs of 200g or 300g. they also come in little minitubes and snacks such as splendips, snackpots and sandwiches.

You can use philly in so many ways. I like it on toast ot in sandwiches with pickle. It's nice on jacket potatoes, in pasta and as a base for creamy sauces. Philly is great with Salmon and my favourate is on crackers.

Philly isn't the cheapest soft cheese, retailing at arond £2 per tub. However you can often find it on offer and their website often have vouchers and offers.

Summary: love love love it
