Morski cheese is mst definitely one of the most boring cheeses I've ever come across, I can't understand how the same country that produces some of the most amazing mountain sheep cheese can create so many similarly dull sandwich type cheeses. Morski really seems to go out of it's way to be boring, with a light white yellow colour to it, a rubbery texture and the mildest of mild tastes.
The cheese itself is described as being great for parties because of it's accessibility, what rubbish though - anyone who likes cheese will be sincerely disappointed when trying this one out and you certainly will not find this at any party which has a cheese selection.
It has no future for export and as it's own nations people's tastes are starting to change, I feel its former glory years might be up shortly. It is made from cow's milk but is not even particularly milky, the only thing it really has going for it is that it's cheep and melts easily.
