The quality of this cheese is excellent. It is not as strong as other feta's it is listed as a mellow taste, but I really like that as it doesn't overpower things like salad. The taste is very creamy, but quite light.
It is a very crumbly cheese so it's very easy to use, and crumble over pasta or salads.

I always use this cheese for salads and when cooking. It is one of the sainburys basics range and costs £1.19 for 200g. Greek Style Salad cheese is basically feta, so I use it for any recipe that uses feta cheese. This cheese comes in a plastic packet, which you have to cut open, and like most feta's it does have some liquid in the packet, which I assume preserves it, but this particular brand does not have huge amount so I don't find it too annoying draining it.
